Die oggend van 8 Maart het die verteenwoordiger van die minister van onderwys die betoog van departement van onderwys voorgedra vir 'n bietjie meer as 'n uur.
Daarna het het die advokaar van die BCVO repliek gelewer oop die betoog van die departement van onderwys. Die advokaat het ongeveer teen 14h30 sy repliek voltooi. Dit was die einde van die hofsaak. Die regter het onderneem om teen die einde van die hof kwartaal uitspraak te lewer. Diegene wat die verrigtinge bygewoon het is van mening dat die saak tot dusver goed verloop het vir die BCVO.
